We do not offer any form of exchange or refund for hair products. If there are is an error or discrepency omou may return and exchange the unopened items in its' original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

For Hair Extensions & Wig Orders

(THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON ANY CUSTOM CLOSURE OR FRONTAL WIGS - IT IS FINAL SALE!!!!)

If there is any discrepancy, defect or any dissatisfaction with your custom wig order, you have up to 5 days after the pick up or ship date to address the issue us and get it fixed. If NOT a repair fee will apply.
